We purchase raw materials from major global petrochemical companies, all of which undergo strict quality controls before entering the production process.

FORMULATION
Gerbaldo Polimeri works in close collaboration with the innovative Start-up Globis Laboratori s.r.l, whose headquarters are adjacent to our plant.
Thus, there is a strong focus on the activity of the research centre for the development of formulations and innovation.
EXTRUSION
Thanks to our array of dedicated extruders, we can produce and implement different formulations of coloured and special compounds.
MICRONISATION
Our extensive know-how and standardisation of powder production allows us to offer micronised products for high-flow rotational moulding, for ease of use.
COLOURIMETRY
With more than 200 active colours, our colourimetry laboratory can develop customised colours and special effects.
MATERIALS TESTING
All our products undergo mechanical testing, rheological testing, testing of chemical resistance and resistance over time.
ADVANCED MATERIALS DESIGN
The synthesis of special active ingredients and the use of innovative raw materials allow us to design new materials both for the rotational moulding sector as well as for broad spectrum technologies for the polymer sector.
